Cancellation/Refund Policy: We have a 48-hour cancellation policy for all of our trips and a 7-day cancellation policy for groups of 10 people or more. A 100% refund will be given for anyone who cancels before these time periods.
The number of trips and seats that Dave Hansen Whitewater can offer are limited by the U.S. Forest Service river management plan. Once you reserve your trip, we no long are able to sell your seat to other individuals or groups. Therefore, if you do cancel your trip within the hours of our policy, we can only refund your money if we are able to fill your spots.
Privacy Policy: Raft On Inc., DBA Dave Hansen Whitewater and Scenic River Trips will not rent or sell your information for any reason.
Security Policy: To ensure the security of your personal information, our website handles all sensitive information via encrypted methods. All such information that is exchanged with our site is encrypted and handled by secure sockets layer (SSL). Additionally, our digital certificate verifies you are transacting with a trusted source on the internet.
