Where & When to Meet

All scenic trips depart from our downtown Jackson location at 225 W Broadway, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your departure.

We have a few different “launch pads” for our whitewater trips. Please double-check your trip details to see which one you selected!

IMPORTANT

Don’t miss the bus! Our buses depart exactly on time and we cannot wait for late arrivals. If you miss the departure, we are unable to offer a refund or reschedule. Give yourself plenty of time to navigate traffic and find parking!

Whitewater Pre-Trip Essentials

  • Waivers: Please sign your waiver ahead of time to speed up the check-in process!
    What to Wear: Keep an eye out for a “Pre-Trip Reminders” email coming soon. It’ll cover everything you need to bring.
  • The 48-Hour Shout: Expect a call from our team two days before your trip to confirm all the details and answer any last-minute questions.
  • National Forest Fee: there is a mandatory $3 BTNF fee for adventurers 16+. This goes directly to protecting the beautiful river we love!
  • Gratuity: While never expected, tips for your amazing guide are always appreciated if you have an unforgettable time!

Capture the Memories and the Tetons

Unlike our whitewater trips, you are the primary photographer today!

  • Bring your gear: Phones and cameras are more than welcome on the scenic float.

  • The Views: You’ll want to capture the sweeping vistas of the Teton Range and maybe even a bald eagle or moose along the banks!

  • Whitewater Trips: Keep your eyes peeled at Lunch Counter or Big Kahuna! Professional photographers from Float-O-Graphs and Snake River Photo will be there to catch your best “splash face.” View them at Floatographs or Snake River Photo

Cancellation Policy

  • Groups under 8: 48-hour cancellation window, full refund minus a $10 cancellation fee if canceled outside 48 hours; inside 48 hours, the entire payment is forfeited.
  • Groups 8–24 or Private Rafts: 1-week cancellation window; outside that, full refund minus the cancellation fee; inside 1 week, entire payment is forfeited.
  • Groups over 24: 1-month cancellation window; outside that, full refund minus the cancellation fee; inside 1 month, entire payment is forfeited.
  • Change requests outside the site-specific cancellation policy incur no charges.
